Role and Responsibilities:

As a Busser, you will be responsible for general cleaning and dust mitigation within assigned areas of the facility. You will ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with established safety and sanitation standards.

• Keep industrial zones and office spaces clean and organized by attending to floors, staircases, handrails, walls, ledges, equipment, and surfaces.
• Fulfill responsibilities for cleaning bathrooms and storage spaces as needed.
• Carry out the prescribed dust mitigation tasks for the respective work location.
• Manage tasks pertaining to labor and cleaning, which includes moving supplies and disposing of debris.
• Report any operational disruptions or challenges in accordance with supervision directives.
• Support in other specified responsibilities.
• Follow safety procedures and sanitation protocols while completing job tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Completion of high school coursework or successful achievement on the GED exam.
• Industrial cleaning experience from previous roles is advantageous.
• Being well-versed in effective cleaning practices and equipment.
• Aptitude for grasping and executing sterilization cleaning practices.
• Aptitude for self-directed work with minimal oversight.
• Ability to accomplish tasks that require climbing, lifting heavy objects, and prolonged standing.
• Commitment to working weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and overtime as required.
