Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or assistant management experience in a food service or retail environment, with exposure to profit and loss responsibilities, ideally within a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to assist with closing procedures at least two evenings per week.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling moderately heavy objects.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in our internal leadership development program, seeking opportunities for advancement beyond the store level.
• Support profitability by adhering to cash handling and security protocols, managing inventory levels, optimizing labor costs, analyzing financial reports, and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of Team Members, Shift Managers, and fellow Assistant General Managers.
• Provide coaching and training to all team members, ensuring operational excellence and a consistently successful restaurant.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts with accuracy.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains high cleanliness standards and that the team delivers exceptional guest experiences through friendly service and quality products.
• Maintain the ability to stand and walk consistently throughout entire shifts.
• Safely navigate confined spaces and operate various restaurant equipment.
