Job Duties and Responsibilities of Prep Cook:

Prepare menu items according to specified recipes, ensuring proper flavor and presentation.
Complete all assigned prep tasks efficiently and on time.
Set up and organize workstations according to provided instructions.
Follow proper hygiene and safety procedures when handling food.
Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after each shift.
Carry out daily and weekly cleaning assignments as scheduled.

Qualifications and Experience of Prep Cook:

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to remain on feet for the full shift.
Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs safely.
Preferred minimum age of 18 years or older.
