As a Dishwasher, your role is crucial for establishing a clean, safe, and inviting dining setting for our customers. Your attention to cleanliness and organization is key in ensuring that each guest receives impeccable tableware and enjoys a comfortable atmosphere. By maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, you support the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities of Kitchen Cleaner:

Utilize dishwashing tools to wash and disinfect a variety of kitchen items like dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans.
Guarantee that all dinnerware and utensils are spotless, moisture-free, and correctly stored for the benefit of customers and staff.
Uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen, dining sections, restroom facilities, and behind-the-scenes spots.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the utility room every day.
It is essential to regularly sanitize the floors in the kitchen and utility areas by sweeping and mopping.
Empty trash and ensure cleanliness of dumpster location and loading dock.
Complete the assigned deep-cleaning duties on a routine basis as outlined in the schedule.
Observe the rules enforced by the local health department and follow the safety measures outlined by the company.
Replenish dishes, silverware, and glassware at the Cook, Line, and Server stations to ensure they are fully stocked.
Ensure that any concerns regarding equipment or safety are reported promptly to the Manager.
Uphold cleanliness standards while working effectively to manage peak hour demands.
Assist in creating a memorable guest visit by ensuring the cleanliness of dishes and dining areas.
Assist the dining establishment by delivering clean plates and utensils promptly.

Qualifications for Kitchen Cleaner:

Proficient in adapting to fast-paced work atmospheres while consistently delivering on cleanliness expectations.
Exhibiting a cooperative spirit and a motivated work ethic while working within a team setting.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items weighing as much as 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the situation demands it.
Training will be given, even if you have no prior experience.
