Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:

• Support the management team in their pursuit of outstanding restaurant cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Regularly filtering the oil in fryers each day is crucial for optimal performance.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean and maintain equipment, wash windows inside and out, keep stock rooms organized, and sanitize restroom areas.
• Conduct unloading of the delivery truck twice every week.
• Dispose and eliminate the rubbish.
• Change light bulbs.
• Ensure that the roof is free of debris and clean HVAC/exhaust units accordingly.

Required Skills and Experience of Maintenance Technician:

• Desire to learn and engage in duties associated with maintaining physical structures.
• Skill to function cohesively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Consistency and dedication to upholding cleanliness and equipment quality is crucial.

Preferred Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:
