Role and Responsibilities of Cash Register Associate:

Being a Cash Register Associate entails bringing in a lively attitude, friendly disposition, enthusiasm, and efficiency to attract customers for their dining needs consistently. Rest assured, we offer training for the job-specific skills required, irrespective of your background

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by greeting them with a smile and engaging in effective communication.
• Properly use the cash register to handle transactions and receive payments accurately.
• Help customers engage with digital ordering capabilities and Mobile App Rewards to cultivate enthusiastic fans of our brand.
• Perfect the art of making our exclusive beverages and frozen sweets.
• Implement cleaning tasks as per positional requirements to uphold a tidy environment.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of both payment and pick-up counters.
• Arrange and contain dine-in and drive-thru orders in a precise manner.
• Accommodate different payment methods like cash, credit cards, and checks by ensuring customers are accurately given change and receipts.
• Coordinate transactions to double-check pricing and quantities for accuracy.
• Keep the lobby area immaculate, restock straws, napkins, and condiments to meet customer needs.
• Perform cleaning duties on tables and beverage stations including sweeping, mopping, and wiping.
• Manage return transactions and refunds as necessary, and professionally handle customer complaints.
• Ensure that there is a constant availability of napkins, condiments, and utensils by restocking them throughout your shift.
• Consistently uphold safety and health standards without exception.
• Aid with the initial or final procedures as needed.

Required Skills and Experience of Cash Register Associate:

• Necessity to be flexible in working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications for Cash Register Associate:

• Experience with cash transactions and customer interactions in the context of food service or retail.
• Past involvement with POS systems and cash registers across different industries.
• Basic computer knowledge.
