Responsibilities:

• Execute food preparation and cooking of KFC's signature products according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Strictly adhere to all safety and sanitary guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe workplace.
• Perform duties related to product handling, including unloading shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the entire workspace, including the interior, kitchen, parking lot, building exterior, and dumpster areas, regularly removing trash.

• Consistently role model customer-focused service by upholding quality standards (e.g., CHAMPS, CFF) and utilizing the service recovery model (BLAST).
