Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Manager, you will lead restaurant shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers while maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

• Ensure food safety and quality assurance
• Manage and train crew members
• Coordinate internal communication between shifts
• Oversee inventory management and ordering
• Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Monitor safety and security procedures
• Schedule and support assigned departments
• Meet operational targets and departmental goals

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work various shifts
• Must be 18 years of age or older
