Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead kitchen and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company standards. You will guide and develop team members, manage inventory and sanitation, and help the business achieve its operational goals.

• Ensure adequate staffing levels to support smooth kitchen operations.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours while maintaining consistent physical activity.
• Capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced setting and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
