Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Member, you will help ensure a positive dining experience for every customer while supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. You will actively engage with customers, prepare food, and collaborate with your team to meet goals.

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive dining experience
• Assist customers with ordering their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare McDonald's world-famous food items
• Partner with team members and managers to meet daily goals while maintaining a fun environment
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming for customers

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work part-time or full-time across various shifts, including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
• Interest in developing customer service, teamwork, and food preparation skills
