Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cashier Associate, your key task is to deliver exceptional customer service while assisting in the operational tasks required to maintain a hygienic, secure, and productive restaurant environment.

• Welcome patrons with a smile, take note of their orders, handle payments, and address any customer issues in a professional manner
• Handle transactions through cash registers or POS systems, using suggestive-selling techniques to stimulate sales
• Confirm the correctness of patron orders and package and seal food and beverage items for pick-up
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, counters, food preparation areas, utensils, dining locations, bathrooms, and outside surroundings
• Safeguard the implementation of health and safety guidelines in work areas
• Support in the process of unloading and storing inventory according to needs
• Perform tasks at different workstations, which could involve working at the front counter, managing the Drive-Thru section, preparing food items, and expediting orders
• Arrive promptly for all designated shifts as required
• Maintain compliance with Burger King's uniform and grooming rules to uphold the company's image and standards
• Handle restaurant issues swiftly and in a professional manner
• Strengthen team aptitudes and collaborate efficiently to meet team aspirations
• Uphold an affirmative interaction with customers, peers, and supervisors
