Role and Responsibilities:

As a McDonald's Crew Member, you will deliver excellent customer service while preparing food and supporting the team. You will engage with customers, maintain cleanliness, and help the restaurant run smoothly while fostering a fun and productive work environment.

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and foster a fun work environment
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure the restaurant looks fantastic
• Work in a fast-paced team environment with flexibility for breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• 16 years of age or older
