Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen environment, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory roles.
• Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse culinary team.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, food cost control, and quality assurance.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and adherence to all health regulations.
• Capability to handle the dynamic demands of a busy kitchen, including standing for extended periods and managing physical tasks.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years.
