Responsibilities:

Assisting with the initial preparation of food items, such as washing and cutting vegetables or portioning chicken (Appointment scheduling modified to food prep support).Washing dishes, equipment, and utensils and ensuring they are properly sanitized and stored (Phone call screening modified to cleaning/sanitizing).

Setting up and tearing down kitchen stations for service, ensuring all necessary tools and ingredients are available (Meeting preparation modified to station setup).
Maintaining accurate inventory counts of ingredients and supplies, and notifying management when stock is low (Assisting with reporting as needed modified to inventory/reporting support).
Performing scheduled deep cleaning tasks and organizing storage areas to comply with health codes (Coordinating/executing special management projects modified to special cleaning projects).
Strictly adhering to all KFC and public health standards regarding food handling and kitchen hygiene (Maintaining confidentiality of information modified to food safety/hygiene).
