Kitchen Staff Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to take on the role of Kitchen Staff Supervisor at our busy food service location. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader who excels in team management, ensuring top-notch service and safety protocols, and enhancing revenue generation. As the central figure in the store, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the store, including assessing employee performance, creating schedules, and enforcing daily operational guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for customers and staff.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints or requests.
• Utilize training, coaching, and development strategies to empower team members and maintain high performance and job satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages and reduce waste.
• Analyze store data and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Follow cash handling procedures and provide daily financial updates as needed.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency in line with the company's mission.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience supervising retail or food service operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team toward common goals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and local health regulations is essential for maintaining compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Experience with inventory control and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or coursework are considered a plus.

Salary:

• Annual salary range: $45,000 to $55,000, based on qualifications and experience.
