It is the responsibility of the Kitchen Steward to clean all stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, braziers, woks, deep fryers, steam tables, and refrigerator’s, warmers, reach-in coolers, and stainless steel hood areas. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values.
Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Knowledge and use of basic reading, writing and speaking skills in English
Must be able to communicate with guests, co-workers and supervisors and understand procedures
Minimum age is 21 years old
