Your role as the Restaurant Shift Leader is vital in maintaining the functioning of the restaurant and delivering an outstanding dining service. Leading the team with your actions, providing motivation, and actively participating in the restaurant's success are key aspects of your position.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Take charge of directing and supervising team members throughout your shift to ensure their tasks are completed with efficiency and effectiveness, offering mentorship and coaching as needed.
• Offer top-notch customer support by welcoming visitors, recording their orders, and swiftly and courteously addressing any problems customers may encounter. Guarantee that all team members are welcoming, alert, and dedicated to offering an unforgettable dining occasion.
• Monitoring Food Quality and Safety: Observing the food preparation, cooking, and plating stages to certify they comply with quality and safety protocols.
• Maintain a well-managed and hygienic restaurant ambiance continuously throughout the shift, promptly resolving any obstacles, and escalating complex matters to the General Manager if needed.

• Commencing wage bracket: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Required Experience:

• Possession of a Food Handler Certification is a prerequisite
• Experience in a quick-service or hospitality industry background is advantageous.
• Outstanding aptitude for providing customer support.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and stressful work atmosphere.
• Demonstrated strong leadership attributes alongside excellent communication proficiency.
