Job Summary of Cake Decorator:

This role is responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and desserts while maintaining quality, consistency, and cleanliness in the bakery area. This role contributes to a positive guest experience and supports restaurant operations with flexibility and attention to detail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cake Decorator:

• Receive and process cake orders from online, phone, and in-person channels.
• Decorate cakes following Baskin Robbins design standards and quality guidelines.
• Manage cake and icing inventory to ensure products are fresh and available.
• Prepare and maintain the cake decorating station, including mixing icings, stocking supplies, and following sanitation procedures.
• Maintain positive interactions with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed to support overall operations.
• Ensure product displays meet quality and merchandising standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Cake Decorator:

• Preferred: 1+ year of experience as a cake decorator or in a bakery / culinary setting.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time or full-time hours.
