Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or relevant restaurant management experience.
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate fast-food operations.
• Proficiency in tracking food and beverage metrics, product knowledge, and administrative processes.
• High-level expertise in food preparation, manufacturing, and transportation, with strict adherence to food safety standards.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Discretion in managing confidential information appropriately.
• Strong interest in learning all aspects of restaurant operations and managing multiple functions.
