A Bartender is responsible for crafting classic and creative alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Typical responsibilities:

• Construct a variety of handmade cocktails, alcohol-free mocktails, and distinctive specialty drinks with expertise and creativity, using top-notch components, methods, and decorations. Persistently develop innovative and alluring beverage innovations.
• Elevate customer service excellence by warmly receiving customers, engaging in friendly and professional dialogue, and acknowledging their preferences. Provide customized recommendations and guidance according to their likes and dislikes to ensure a personalized and enjoyable interaction.
• Efficiently handle drink orders, ensuring that all beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards and customized requirements from patrons.
• Illustrate a comprehensive understanding of classic and modern mixology, covering an extensive range of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and mixers. Keep yourself informed about the evolving trends and cutting-edge approaches prevalent in the mixology world.
• Ensure the bar area is kept clean and organized, with all glassware, utensils, and bar tools sanitized and easily reachable. Adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines, ensuring proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• The certification for safe alcohol service training validates the completion of the specialized training program
• Collaborate closely with teammates, including servers, kitchen personnel, and supervisors, to ensure operational efficiency and a seamless customer experience. Support during busy periods and contribute in other capacities within the venue when necessary.
• Perform precise customer payment processing, responsible cash handling, and secure cash register maintenance, while also documenting sales, tips, and inventory diligently to aid in effective management and financial accountability.

The preferred background and capabilities:

• Competent in executing a complete range of bar and wine serving responsibilities
• Proficiency in refined epicurean experiences
• Prospective candidates should be able to lift, manage, and transport beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares, and equipment that weigh up to 50 pounds
• The proficiency in communicating effectively and demonstrating attentive listening to supervisors, staff, and customers is crucial.
