Role and Responsibilities of Facilities Maintenance Member:

• Aid management in achieving and preserving exceptional levels of cleanliness and equipment upkeep in the restaurant.
• Regularly filtering the oil in fryers each day is crucial for optimal performance.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, polish windows inside and out, organize stock storage, and clean restroom areas.
• Carry out unloading activities for the delivery truck two times weekly.
• Empty and discard the garbage.
• Change light bulbs.
• Ensure that the roof is free of debris and clean HVAC/exhaust units accordingly.

Required Skills and Experience of Facilities Maintenance Member:

• Openness to learning and executing physical maintenance duties.
• Capability to engage as part of a team in a high-speed environment.
• Consistent adherence to cleanliness and equipment standards reflects reliability and dedication.

Preferred Qualifications for Facilities Maintenance Member:
