In this role,Lead Associate are responsible for fostering a culture of passionate hospitality and upholding the company's service standards with excellence. They work closely with salaried managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. This position involves hourly pay and encompasses a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities of Lead Associate:

• Acts as the main point of contact for SOH in the absence of management.
• Conducts training, coaching, and provides feedback to the front-of-house team.
• From time to time, it could be necessary to assume total responsibility for leading a particular shift.
• The Lead Associate will dedicate most of their time to overseeing operations on the restaurant floor.
• Acts as a mentor to fresh recruits, facilitating their integration into the team and ensuring they meet all company standards and policies.
• Can provide assistance in arranging staff coverage if a team member is unable to make it to work
• Duties involve the management of cash receipts, store receipts, and discounts, along with the reconciliation of cash receipts and store bank balances
