Job Summary of Whataburger Team Lead:

This role supervises and guides team members, assists in operational tasks when needed, and supports Whataburger's mission of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The Team Leader participates in a skills development program and achieves certification in key stations associated with the position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Whataburger Team Lead:

• Supervise, train, and motivate team members, promoting company standards and values.
• Perform operational tasks as required, including cash reporting, inventory audits, payroll adjustments, and shift management.
• Ensure all food products are prepared and delivered according to quality standards and service time goals.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the restaurant, including dining, kitchen, and restroom areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members, providing feedback and coaching.
• Monitor labor and food costs, adhering to financial and operational guidelines.
• Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation of operational activities.

Qualifications and Experience of Whataburger Team Lead:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
• Experience in food service or retail leadership is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
