Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, whether you are interacting with them in person or on the phone.
• Employ the POS system to swiftly and accurately process customer orders.
• Stay up-to-date on the menu selection, variety of sauces, promotional activities, and be capable of giving tailored suggestions.
• Ensure precise execution of transactions, including the handling of cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
• Verify and monitor the precision and layout of orders to ascertain their accuracy and presentation prior to customer handoff.
• Make sure orders are promptly prepared and delivered within the specified timeframe.
• Align the cash register balance at the end of the shift and ensure accurate reporting of the totals.
• Sustain a hygienic and systematically arranged environment in the front-of-house and customer zones.
• Establish a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a secure and clean workspace.
• Respond to guest inquiries or complaints with a professional demeanor, escalating to management as needed.
• Showcase the brand integrity of Wingstop by upholding a clean and well-presented image.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Having previous experience as a cashier or in a restaurant is an added advantage.
• Having a legitimate Food Handler Certification is essential or must be pursued.
• Proficiency with computer-based point of sale technology.
• Adept at cash handling and possessing basic mathematical skills.
• Possesses strong communication skills and a talent for fostering relationships.
• Skill in navigating demanding scenarios within a team environment characterized by speed and intensity.
• Reliable, polite, and consistently demonstrating professionalism.
• Illustrating integrity, truthfulness, and a profound sense of accountability is critical.

Salary:

Depending on experience, location, and the option to work different shifts, monthly earnings can fall between 13,000 and 20,000
