Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work within the United States.
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and providing correct change.
• Comfortable utilizing GPS and adhering to specific delivery instructions.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of lifting and carrying insulated delivery bags (up to 50 lbs).
• Highly dependable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous delivery experience is beneficial, but not a prerequisite.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver Papa John's products to customer residences or businesses.
• Verify order accuracy and process payments (cash or credit/debit) upon arrival.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your delivery vehicle.
• Assist with various in-store tasks during non-delivery times, such as preparing pizza boxes, answering phone calls, or light cleaning.
• Strictly adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
