Job Summary of Restaurant Manager:

Texas Roadhouse is seeking to oversee daily operations of both the Front of House and Back of House. You will ensure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are consistently delivered while leading and developing a motivated team in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager:

• Manage and lead hourly employees through performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Review applications, interview candidates, and recommend hiring decisions for hourly staff
• Direct daily work, set schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after service hours
• Drive sales, maintain service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide, oversee, and schedule training for both Front of House and Back of House staff
• Supervise food preparation and production to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temp checks to maintain food quality
• Implement and enforce safety and security measures to protect employees and guests
• Manage food, supply, and liquor costs through weekly inventory tracking
• Ensure compliance with safe food handling and sanitation procedures
• Create a safe, clean, and positive work environment consistent with company values

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Manager:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast - paced environment
• Experience in staff development, training, and performance management
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
