Position Overview:Beverage Consultant

In your position as a Starbucks Beverage Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Starbucks Experience by providing outstanding service and expertly preparing a variety of products. Basic Qualifications:

• There is no need for previous experience
• Be present and on time consistently, with or without reasonable adjustments
• Able to accommodate flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Follow store operating procedures and criteria, such as serving excellent drinks and food items, handling cash transactions, and maintaining store safety and security, even if accommodations are needed
• Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers to engage with them and gain an understanding of their needs
• Create food and beverages in accordance with standard or tailored formulations
• Execute a range of tasks within the store in every shift
• Proficiency in quickly mastering new concepts and competencies
• Ability to grasp and follow oral and written instructions effectively, with a willingness to seek further elucidation if needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
