Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Consistently execute great shifts, drive excellence in core operations, and ensure strict adherence to all company procedures.
• Financial Stewardship: Actively manage and control key business costs, including Cost of Sales (COS) and Cost of Labor (COL), and oversee product projections and Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) spending.
• Culture & Engagement: Champion and embody the company's culture (e.g., How We Win Together - HWWT2, and Achieving Breakthrough Results - ABR) to create a positive and motivating work environment.
• Talent Development: Partner with the RGM to develop the team's capabilities, using proven coaching models (like the EARS Model) and technology (e.g., Learning Zone) to facilitate growth and success.
• Team Management: Assist the RGM in workforce planning, including executing the bench plan process and utilizing hiring tools (e.g., Hiring Zone) to build and retain strong teams.
• Performance Accountability: Utilize the performance management process to hold employees accountable to standards, and use recognition programs (like CHAMPS cards) to celebrate and reinforce exceptional performance.
• Strategic Thinking: Act as a Step Change Thinker by encouraging the team to discuss innovative solutions (what's possible) and setting ambitious, breakthrough targets for the unit.
