As a Shift Operations Manager, your role entails supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the restaurant. Your key duties involve ensuring the provision of high-quality food in a hygienic and prompt manner to guarantee a pleasant dining experience for patrons consistently. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in recruiting, orienting, and enhancing the skills of staff members to enable them to create positive experiences for our clientele.

Qualification of Shift Operations Manager:

To be eligible, a person must be at least 18 years old
Permitted to work in the United States.
Ideally, a background in the restaurant industry of at least half a year is desirable
