A Bartender is responsible for crafting classic and creative alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Typical responsibilities:

• Prepare a range of handcrafted cocktails, non-alcoholic mocktails, and unique specialty beverages with precision and style, utilizing high-quality ingredients, techniques, and garnishes. Consistently innovate and introduce fresh and enticing drink creations.
• Exceed customer service expectations by warmly welcoming visitors, engaging in friendly and professional conversations, and understanding their preferences. Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions that align with their preferences for a memorable and pleasant experience.
• Provide prompt and accurate drink service, preparing beverages according to company protocols and taking into consideration individual customer preferences.
• Display a thorough comprehension of classic and contemporary mixology practices, encompassing a diverse selection of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and supplemental ingredients. Stay informed about emerging trends and progressive strategies in the mixology field.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area, making sure that all glassware, utensils, and bar tools are sanitized and readily available. Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Successful candidates are awarded certification in safe alcohol service training upon fulfilling the necessary training requirements
• Work closely alongside other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and managers, to ensure smooth operations and a satisfactory customer experience. Provide assistance during peak hours and help out in different areas of the establishment as needed.
• Efficiently process customer payments, practice responsible cash management, and secure the cash register, while maintaining accurate records of sales, tips, and inventory to support effective management and financial transparency.

Desired experience and expertise:

• Adept in navigating the intricacies of full bar and wine service
• Acquaintance with exclusive dining atmospheres
• Being capable of lifting, managing, and transporting beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares, and equipment up to 50 pounds in weight is crucial
• Successful interaction with managers, team members, and visitors requires strong communication and listening skills.
