Responsibilities of Staff Worker:

• Undertaking a range of activities, including order management, burger and fries cooking, sandwich production, dining area sanitation, and ingredient prepping.
• Guarantee a friendly, fast, and accurate customer service delivery to ensure an outstanding customer experience and the continuous alignment with company quality measures.
• Comply with Five Guys' cleanliness and neatness standards to enhance customer accessibility in the restaurant.
• Support your colleagues through teamwork to help them achieve their objectives.
• Comply with all additional responsibilities as designated.

Qualification of Staff Worker:

• Proficiency in connecting with our guests results in offering exceptional customer care!
• Previous exposure to working in a fast-food setting is beneficial, but it is not mandatory.
• Capability to follow food safety regulations and keep the store clean at all times.
• Proficient in timely arrival at work and adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Only individuals sixteen (16) years and older are eligible to participate.
• Capacity to remain on hard surfaces for prolonged periods in both warm and cold climates.
• Adeptness in managing items and materials weighing a maximum of 30 lbs.
