As a Drink Master at Olive Garden, you will be the key ingredient in curating exceptional beverage moments, mixing and presenting drinks that perfectly complement our authentic Italian-inspired dishes. Responsibilities:

• Expertly prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including signature cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty beverages, strictly following Olive Garden's established recipes and quality guidelines.
• Actively engage with dining guests to learn their preferences and offer informed suggestions for beverage pairings that enhance their meal choice.
• Keep the bar area clean, highly organized, and fully provisioned, ensuring all bar tools and equipment are functioning flawlessly.
• Strictly comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning the responsible and legal service of alcohol.
• Participate in managing and tracking inventory for all bar beverages and supplies, communicating restocking needs promptly to the management team.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation for all glassware, bar instruments, and high-touch surfaces within the beverage preparation and service zone.
