Job Summary of Service Associate:

We are looking for a Service Associate to join our team! Come work in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere! As a Five Guys Service Associate, you'll take orders, prepare food, and keep the store in tip-top form while giving world-class customer service to everyone who comes through our doors.

Responsibilities of Service Associate:

• A little of everything- taking orders, cooking burgers & fries, building delicious sandwiches, keeping the dining room clean, prepping fresh ingredients.
• Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards.
• Keep the restaurant up to Five Guys company standards regarding cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
• Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualification of Service Associate:

• Competence in engaging with our clientele ensures the provision of excellent customer service!
• Experience in a fast-food establishment is recommended but not essential.
• Proficiency in upholding cleanliness standards in the store and abiding by food safety regulations.
• Competence in meeting work schedule requirements punctually.
• Participation is limited to individuals who have reached the age of sixteen (16) years.
• Ability to endure prolonged standing on tough surfaces in both hot and cold weather conditions.
• Competence in hoisting supplies and materials that are 30 pounds or less.
• Reasonable adjustments are a vital aspect of facilitating individuals with disabilities in performing essential job functions.
