Responsibilities:

• Prep Cooks at Olive Garden play a critical role in supporting the kitchen, ensuring all ingredients are prepared to exact specifications to delight and serve our guests.
• You will be responsible for the essential tasks of washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure all food preparation adheres to Olive Garden's high standards of quality, freshness, and food safety, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist the culinary team by having all necessary components ready for timely and efficient meal preparation.
