Responsibilities of Support Associate:

• A little of everything- taking orders, cooking burgers & fries, building delicious sandwiches, keeping the dining room clean, prepping fresh ingredients.
• Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards.
• Keep the restaurant up to Five Guys company standards regarding cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
• Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualification of Support Associate:

• Skill in engaging with our patrons enables the delivery of top-quality customer service!
• It is ideal to have prior experience in a fast-food environment, but it is not a prerequisite.
• Proficient in observing food safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness within the store.
• Ability to consistently be on time for work and adhere to designated shifts.
• Participation is open to individuals who are sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Ability to endure standing on solid grounds for extended periods regardless of the temperature.
• Expertise in lifting objects and resources up to 30 pounds in weight.
• Individuals with disabilities should be granted reasonable accommodations to aid them in completing essential functions.
