Job Summary:

As a Culinary Event Assistant at Chick-fil-A, you will play a vital role in coordinating and executing the culinary events that showcase our brand's exceptional service and quality. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and a passion for culinary excellence. You will work closely with team members and the Owner/Operator to create memorable experiences for customers while ensuring operational success. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the operational aspects of culinary events and daily restaurant functions.
  • Provide support and mentorship to team members, helping them excel in their roles and develop leadership skills.
  • Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A's service standards, ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality.
  • Monitor and enforce food safety, quality, and hygiene standards to maintain the highest culinary standards.
  • Drive growth in sales, profitability, and operational productivity through effective leadership.
  • Foster positive community relations by actively involving the restaurant in local events and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Owner/Operator to set and achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Regularly assess performance through data analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion and embody the core principles of Chick-fil-A, creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least five years of leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry.
  • Availability to work during a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and strengthen team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, with a dedication to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Consistent access to reliable transportation and the ability to work more than 45 hours per week.
