Responsibilities of Restaurant Operations Manager:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll help create an uncommonly good experience for every guest by:

• Candidates with a background in management or leadership are preferred.
• Experience in providing customer support is advantageous.
• Offering a distinct and positive experience for guests and team members with enthusiasm and energy.
• Cultivating a work environment centered on maintaining food safety in accordance with the company's standards for quality, cleanliness, and practices.
• Appreciating team members hard work and celebrating accomplishments at the end of every shift.
• Distributing tasks among your talented crew to ensure that they consistently surpass the expectations of all guests.

• Displaying exemplary guest service expertise and communicating clearly and concisely.
• Meeting the physical standards of the role, which can encompass standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and carrying out routine tasks in a restaurant setting, with or without necessary modifications.
