We are looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals to be a part of our workforce at Corral Holdings, the franchise operator for Golden Corral

Creating yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other freshly baked products is a significant responsibility of the Bakery Production Chef. Consistently prioritizing freshness, speed, cleanliness, and organization is crucial for the Baker in carrying out their daily tasks.

Operational Excellence:

• Upholds a standard of quality that guarantees all bakery goods are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and served hot when necessary.
• Ensures quality by meticulously preparing all products in line with Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Upholds correct portioning and accurate recipe yields.
• Abide by the Bakery and Dessert Cafe Production Guide to meet operational requirements.

Food Production:

• Constructs from-scratch yeast rolls, cakes, pies, unique desserts, and a range of baked items.
• Produces breakfast pastries over the weekend to meet production demands.
• Following the buffet production system accurately is crucial for upholding quality standards and meeting shelf life regulations.

Guest Service:

• Puts on a friendly and accommodating attitude while helping guests with selecting baked treats.
• Recognizes and adheres to role tasks in relation to just-in-time delivery.

Cleanliness:

• Adheres to duty roster responsibilities to uphold cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Follows the requirements set by the borough health department.
