Role and Responsibilities:

As a Host, your main responsibility is to greet guests warmly, manage seating assignments, provide updates on wait times, and create a positive atmosphere near the restaurant entrance:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and inviting attitude.
• Escort patrons to their designated dining areas and provide them with menu options.
• Manage the waitlist and coordinate reservations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Keep the front entrance area clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 17 years old to be considered for the position.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with customers or visitors in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay ranges from $9.78 to $11.80 per hour, depending on experience.
