As a Biscuit Maker at Hardee's, you will be the heart of our morning rush, responsible for crafting the iconic, flaky biscuits our customers love. This role is crucial to our brand's reputation for quality breakfast items. You'll be a hands-on culinary team member, ensuring every biscuit is prepared to perfection, from mixing the dough to pulling them golden-brown from the oven. This position requires you to lead by example, maintaining an efficient and clean workspace while producing a high volume of a key product.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake biscuits following all company recipes and quality standards with precision and care.
Operate as an essential part of the kitchen team, collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth morning operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to sanitation and safety guidelines.
Manage ingredient levels and communicate supply needs to management to prevent shortages.
Handle all cooking equipment, including ovens and mixers, safely and responsibly.
Ensure every biscuit batch meets the expected standards for appearance, texture, and taste.
Collaborate with shift leaders and managers to ensure breakfast service runs efficiently.
Complete all necessary logs and records related to food preparation and inventory.
