Responsibilities:

• Execute all aspects of Food Preparation Assistant duties, including prepping ingredients and cooking KFC's signature products according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including unloading deliveries, proper stocking, and maintaining required levels of products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including all kitchen areas and equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.).
• Contribute to the cleanliness of the entire facility, including the parking lot, building exterior, dumpster area, and sidewalks, and ensure proper trash disposal.
