Qualifications for Brew Assistant:

• Experience is not compulsory
• Maintain a pattern of reliable attendance and punctuality, with or without necessary accommodations
• Available for shifts that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Uphold store protocols and expectations, guaranteeing the provision of quality beverages and food offerings, managing cash transactions, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable adjustments
• Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers to engage with them and gain an understanding of their needs
• Follow standard or personalized recipes to create food and drinks according to specifications
• Execute a range of tasks within the store in every shift

• Skilled in the interpretation and execution of both oral and written instructions, including the ability to ask for clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
