Role and Responsibilities:

• Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards as outlined in company procedures.
• Follow the three-step cleaning process to maintain station and kitchen sanitation.
• Comply with the quality standards and operational procedures described in the Subway Operations Manual.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company grooming standards.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately as assigned.
• Successfully complete University of Subway training modules as per company policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
• Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and 30 pounds occasionally.
• Competence in using a POS system or cash register.
