Dish Cleaner need to implement all the standard operational procedures of the company and make sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible. A dishwasher will need to clean restaurant equipment including dishes, pans, storage containers, and prep materials using a 3 compartment sink. Other back of house duties will include cutting potatoes, bringing prepped items up to the line, and keeping the area clean and hazard free.
