Role and Responsibilities:

As the Breakfast Coordinator, you will manage restaurant operations during breakfast hours and provide leadership to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the breakfast shift and oversee restaurant operations in the absence of management.
• Open the restaurant promptly and deliver breakfast service that meets company quality and speed standards.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve operational and service goals.
• Complete required daily paperwork to track performance, sales, and financial metrics.
• Monitor breakfast inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
• Prepare the restaurant for a seamless transition into lunch operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for managing reports and restaurant documentation.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Capability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform general physical restaurant duties.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
