Job Summary of Grill Staff:

Kitchen team members are responsible for executing all food preparation and kitchen operations while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and high - quality standards. This role ensures efficient service and a positive dining experience for every guest.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Grill Staff:

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items accurately and efficiently according to restaurant and health standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, freezers, and other cooking tools safely.
• Communicate clearly with co - workers to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and organize ingredients, prep materials, and supplies, ensuring proper rotation of products.
• Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and dining areas, including counters, tables, restrooms, and floors.
• Perform prep work for grill area setup and stock management.
• Control food production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist in routine cleaning, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and other maintenance tasks.
• Report problems or unusual situations promptly to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or shift leaders.

Qualifications and Experience of Grill Staff:

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high - volume environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable handling raw, frozen, and cooked food products, including items in and out of temperature danger zones (41 - 140°F).
• Ability to read order monitors and recall product contents accurately.
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and compliance with local health regulations.
• Good personal hygiene, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
