Job Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:

• Deliver warm, timely service that aligns with brand expectations and guest satisfaction goals.

• Address guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure positive outcomes.
• Perform table visits and maintain a strong hospitality presence during each shift.
• Monitor food and beverage quality through routine line checks and proper inventory controls.
• Ensure all safety, sanitation, and health department standards are consistently followed.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and development of team members to encourage engagement and retention.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support employee growth.
• Assist with cost control, daily paperwork, and inventory processes.
• Jump in to support team positions such as line cook, host, bartender, or expo when needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Manager:

• 2 - 3 years of restaurant management experience required.
• Serve Safe Food and Alcohol Certifications are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast - paced, guest - focused environment.

Salary:

$20.98 - $27.27 per hour, equal to approximately $60,000 - $78,000 annually based on a 50 - hour work week.
