Responsibilities of Baking Process Worker:

• Produce bagels, croissants, muffins, and more by adhering to the designated recipes and procedures.
• Fill, ice, and add toppings based on the guidelines provided by Dunkin' Brand.
• Required to finish the specified amount for each type.
• Arrange the donut display in accordance with the expectations of the Brand.
• Brew all coffee, whether hot or iced, in advance of the restaurant's opening time.
• It is crucial to regularly clean and sanitize all equipment to prevent contamination.
• Observe and uphold the standards mandated by the restaurant, its brand, and the franchisees.

Qualification of Baking Process Worker:

• No education requirement
• Fundamental computer literacy is essential, with online training forming a component of the curriculum.
• Prior baking experience is a plus but not mandatory (We will train you!)
• There may be age constraints for individuals handling restaurant equipment
• Outstanding proficiency in problem solving and decision making, drawing on analysis, experience, and discerning judgement.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions of Baking Process Worker:
