Job Duties and Responsibilities of Grill Team Member:

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.
• Take orders accurately and prepare meals and beverages promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, properly storing equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management throughout shifts.
• Accept accountability for actions and support a positive work environment.
• Adapt to fast-paced conditions and demonstrate punctuality and flexibility.

Qualifications and Experience of Grill Team Member:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand for long periods, and lift heavy objects.
• Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16, with a positive and resilient attitude.
