Job Summary of Crew:

This role focuses on providing exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving products according to Baskin Robbins operational and quality standards. Crew Members work as part of a team to ensure guests receive outstanding service in a clean and safe environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew:

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service to all guests while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve products following brand recipes and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Follow all food safety, cash handling, and restaurant safety procedures.
• Support team members by completing required training and assisting as needed.

• Adhere to schedules and maintain punctuality throughout each shift.
• Comply with all franchise, company, and brand policies.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew:

• Ability to speak and read English fluently.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Capable of operating restaurant and food preparation equipment (age requirements may apply).
• Guest-focused with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
